Welcome to Moontaña Roja Massage in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. I’m Mari Carmen, and my studio is in the Shangrila Park urbanitation, right beside the Montaña Roja volcano: a quiet corner of peace and serenity.
My massages focus on relieving stress, improving blood circulation, relaxing muscles and reducing contractures. You can choose relaxing, decontracting, therapeutic, sport, hot stones, herbal bags, reflexology, cranio-facial or abdominal treatments, from €28.
Open Monday to Sunday 8:30–19:00. I speak English, Spanish, French and a little German.

How much does a massage cost in Moontaña Roja massage in Playa Blanca?
Prices depend on the treatment and its length. 30-minute treatments cost €28 to €35: Feet Reflexology €28, Abdominal massage €30, Cranio-Facial massage €33 and Decontracting Back massage €35.
Feet Reflexology also comes in a 45-minute version at €40.
60-minute treatments cost €50 to €65: Relaxing massage €50; Therapeutic, Sport, Feet Reflexology & Cranio-Facial and Back Relaxing & Cranio-Facial massages €55; Herbal Bags massage €65.
Hot Stones lasts 70 minutes and costs €65.
Two treatments last 75 minutes: the Relaxing massage (€63) and the full-body Decontracting massage (€69).
Which massage should I choose for back pain or muscle tension?
For muscle knots and contractures, the Decontracting massage (75 min, 69€) works the full body, while the Decontracting Back massage (30 min, 35€) focuses on back, shoulders and neck.
The Therapeutic massage (60 min, 55€) is a deep-tissue treatment indicated for sciatica and lower back pain and includes stretching.
If the tension is linked to stress rather than injury, the Relaxing massage (60 min, 50€) may suit you better.
Which massage helps with stress, headaches or trouble sleeping?
The Cranio-Facial massage (30 min, 33€) works the scalp, face, neck and shoulders and is effective at relaxing the nervous system, which helps with headaches and insomnia. The Relaxing massage (60 min, 50€) uses warm oil infused with lavender essential oil to calm both body and mind. Herbal Bags (60 min, 65€) is excellent for stress and anxiety and helps with sleep. Feet Reflexology (30 min, 28€) also reduces stress and can improve sleep problems.
